Az új látogatóközpontban a Normafa egykori síéletével is megismerkedhetünk.

A villa eredetileg egy akadémikusé, Förster Aurél klasszika-filológus professzoré volt. Amikor ház 1905-10 körül felépült, a környéken szinte egyáltalán nem volt más épület, csupán két másik ház állt a báró Eötvös út felső végén.

Az épületet Rajk-villaként is emlegetik, mert az 1940-es évek végén az ÁVO (későbbi nevén az ÁVH) kezelésébe került, és 1949 júniusában itt tartották fogva többek közt Rajk László volt belügyminisztert is, mielőtt kivégezték. A bekötött szemmel idehurcolt foglyok később a kanyargós utak, a hangok, na és mindenek előtt, a nyolcszögletű vallatószoba alapján tudták beazonosítani a helyet.

A látogatóközpontot a villa felújított épületének földszintjén helyezték el.
